Service Description

Cancellation/Postponement Policy Cancellation: More than 14 days prior to the journey: No charge, full refund Less than 14 days prior to the journey: $30 per person (balance will be refunded) 7 days prior to the journey: $50 per person (balance will be refunded) Less than 48 hours prior to the journey: No refund Postponement: More than 14 days prior to the journey: No charge Less than 14 days prior to the journey: No charge 7 days prior: $30 per person (the remaining balance can be used for postponement) Less than 48 hours prior: $50 per person (the remaining balance can be used for postponement). Please note that if there are charges associated with the postponement, you may need to top up the difference. Journeys can be postponed up to a maximum of 40 days from booking.
