Service Description

Is SUP something I can do? Believe it or not, this is one of the most common questions we get. Most people would fall in love with this sport after trying it once! It is quite easy to learn and our participants would pick up the basics in our orientation course. Are there any benefits when I SUP? Of course! Every outdoor activity has its benefits and SUP is definitely one of the best! -It is for all ages, SUP is an activity you can do with friends and family, it is a great way to bond. -SUP as a sport, uses lots of your core fitness. It would be considered a full-body workout. -SUP is therapeutic, calming and exciting. Paddle boarding is very good for your soul. -Fresh air and outdoor exercise are great ways to boost the immune system resulting in good health. ​ Is there a minimum age? Children should be at least 7 years old if they want a board on their own. They also must not panic when they are in the water and are good at following directions. If they are underaged, they can always share the board with an adult :) When and where can we paddle? We cater to Public and Corporate events. We also customise our sessions for family bonding, birthdays even bachelor/bachelorette parties too! Paddle sessions are held on all beaches of Singapore, including Sentosa How do we start? Wear something comfortable, clothing that allows you to move freely would be the best. You might want to consider the heat in Singapore when you're choosing your attire. Bring along a water bottle(Preferably 1L), Sunscreen, A cap/hat and you're good to go. Don't worry we will provide the list of things you can bring! ​ Do we need to wear Life jackets? Yes, you are required to wear the life jacket provided by us at all times during the courses.
